Imagine that your health is a highway.

On this exceptional journey of life, our health is our # 1 partner.

As you’re navigating the road, it’s unlikely that you’ll stay in the same lane the whole way. More than likely, you’ll shift between different lanes, sometimes moving more slowly, sometimes changing lanes to accelerate, but always moving forward.

Imagine a wellbeing highway. This is your own road for the journey of your life, you’re in control of every aspect of it, much as any road trip that you’ve ever been on.

There is a right lane. This is a slower lane, where you’re able to set the car to a constant speed. Because your focus isn’t on speed, you can enjoy the scenery a bit more, take time to breathe, become deeply present and aware. In our wellbeing story, this is the lane where we focus on daily habits. Things just move along, nothing too shocking here, just proven, solid habits. The Day-to-Day of wellbeing. We’ll call this lane “Make a Habit”.

The middle lane is our passing lane. It’s there to help us to speed up a bit, so that we can resume our enjoyable journey. We don’t typically stay in that lane for the long term. In our wellbeing highway, this lane is there to help us to reset ourselves. If the slower cars are the bad habits that we’ve let seep in, then the passing lane is there to help us get back on track. We’ll call this lane the “Shake a Habit” lane. This is where you intentionally and mindfully shift your attention to your health story, to make sure you’re get back on track. Momentus resets and seasonal resets all use the same lane. This lane’s got zoom!

Our highway has a third lane. It’s an HOV lane - a high occupancy vehicle lane. Not all wellbeing highways have this, but if your journey includes Isagenix®, then you do have access to this lane, and it is the most interesting one for sure. To be able to access this lane, you vehicle has to have at least 3 occupants . You plus 2. Any 2 that you choose. Some people don’t stop at 2 - some people bring hundreds of people along for the ride. Some people, just 2. So this lane is as diverse as you can imagine. There are as many ways to navitage as there are people! In keeping with our analogy, you might see many type of “vehicle”, anything from sedans with 3 rowdy old ladies, entire double-decker “party” buses, 12 car trains with people from all over the world.
